Sales/Business Development Representative

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: $55,000-$80,000 + commission

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our long‑standing, successful Lincoln franchise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow into a trusted representative for local businesses. If you’re energized by connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping companies solve real workforce challenges, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Work both in-office and out in the field to build strong community relationships
• Lead strategic sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
• Identify prospective clients and develop long-term partnerships
• Serve as an account manager and trusted advisor to local employers
• Support client care initiatives to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Collaborate with your internal team to prioritize goals and growth areas
• Promote Express as the area’s “Best Place to Work”

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, but not required (University of Nebraska system strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Lincoln business community
• Passion for helping clients solve workforce and recruiting challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Base salary of $55,000 – $80,000 + performance-based commission
• Potential to grow quickly to six-figure earnings
