Job Description: As a Sewing Associate, you will be responsible for operating various sewing machines, including Single Needle, Tape Edge Machines and Surge machines, to create high-quality beds. Your attention to detail and commitment to producing top-notch products will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines, including Single Needle, Double Needle, and Surge machines.
• Sew garments according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in operating surge sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of sewing experience, preferably in apparel sewing preferred but willing to train candidates that are open to learning the trade.

Qualities Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
