Tool Testing Associate – Kenosha, WI Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | $18/hr | Long-term Temp Contract (3 months–2 years)
We’re looking for a hands-on Tool Testing Associate to help simulate real-world use of power tools. You’ll tighten and loosen bolts all day, drill, use impact drills, track trigger pulls, and monitor tool performance.
Responsibilities:
Test power tools on bolt plates (tighten/loosen repeatedly)
Simulate real-world tool usage
Track hours, counts, and performance data (paper documentation)
Monitor for abnormal behavior and report to supervisor
Provide clear feedback on tool performance
Requirements:
Reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive use of power tools
Strong communication for feedback
