A major international logistics and air cargo operation in Grapevine is adding to their operations support team. The position starts as temporary with strong potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Respond to a high volume of operational and customer service emails

• Print and organize clearance paperwork and delivery order documentation

• Check in drivers quickly and accurately using the Envoy system

• Support daily warehouse and transportation operations

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, dispatch, and drivers to keep freight moving on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse office

• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy shipping periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Basic computer proficiency (email, document handling, data entry)

• Familiarity with airline cargo or logistics processes is strongly preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
