What you'll be doing

• Managing patient eligibility and financial assistance applications from start to finish
• Accurately entering and maintaining patient data across multiple systems
• Submitting and tracking applications through financial assistance program websites
• Organizing, uploading, and maintaining digital files and documentation
• Using Excel to track program status, update records, and manage reporting
• Communicating with patients as needed to gather information or provide follow-up
• Ensuring every task is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and care
