Customer Service Representative / Collections Support

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM–4:55 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $13.50/hr
Dress Code: Business Casual (slacks/blouse)

 

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with computers, and being part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and assist inbound customer calls (high call volume environment)

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone and in person

  • Help customers set up and navigate online portal accounts

  • Research customer accounts and document information accurately

  • Prepare and track delinquent accounts for submission

  • Enter and update data in logs and spreadsheets

  • Follow established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

  • Comfortable learning new software systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
