Salary: 25-30/hr
We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to oversee and enforce safety standards on construction job sites. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with regulations, and support field teams in maintaining a safe work environment.
Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Lead safety meetings and provide training to field employees
Maintain safety documentation and incident reports
Promote a proactive safety culture across all projects
Construction experience is required to manage industry-specific safety risks
Valid OSHA 30-Hour Certification
Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus to support a diverse workforce
