CNC Mill Operator

Pay: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on CNC milling experience and a strong understanding of machining processes, precision measurement, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for quality and accuracy

• Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

• Maintain production records and ensure parts meet specifications

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of CNC mill operating experience required

• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include heat and noise exposure)

• Must wear required PPE including safety glasses and steel-toe boots
