Press Operator/ Trimming/ Preforming (Thermal Molding)
Location: Export, PA
Pay: $19–$20/hour (upon hire)
Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts, 3-day weekends)

About the Position:
We are seeking reliable Press Operators for a manufacturing facility in Export, PA. This role involves operating thermal molding presses in a fast-paced production environment. The work area is hot and industrial, and operators will be responsible for loading, unloading, and monitoring multiple presses throughout the shift. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for hire based on performance.

Responsibilities of the Press Operator:

• Load ovens with preforms and transfer materials to molding presses
• Operate thermal molding presses and monitor production cycles
• Remove molded products using racks and transport materials to designated areas
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Perform trimming, filing, and finishing work as needed
• Keep work area clean and free of debris
• Meet production cycle requirements per shift

Requirements of the Press Operator:

• Ability to work in a hot, industrial environment (presses operate around 300°F)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable walking between multiple machines throughout the shift
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain production standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
