Customer Service /Order processing Representative – Label Division
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Pay: $26.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday

 

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing company in the printing and labeling industry. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, communicated clearly, and completed on time. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the full order lifecycle from start to finish. This is a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and requires frequent follow-up to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders, verifying accuracy against quotes and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor orders through completion, providing updates on status, ship dates, and pricing changes.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Produce reports to track open orders and facilitate invoicing.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Follow established processes to ensure quality and accuracy in all interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience.
• Customer service or operations experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills, time management, and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of printing technology or graphic communications considered an asset.
• Ability to review and create technical documentation.
