Position Summary

The Merchandiser is responsible for retail shelf replenishment, product rotation, inventory organization, building displays, and maintaining point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance the sell-through of beverage brands.
This role supports sales execution by ensuring that all assigned retail accounts are properly stocked, rotated, visually appealing, and compliant with company and retailer standards. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Replenish retail shelves and rotate product following freshness and retailer guidelines. 
• Organize inventory between and during deliveries. 
• Build, place, and maintain retail displays as directed by the District Manager or Sales Representative. 
• Maintain and install POS materials (permanent and paper), and coordinate replacements when needed. 
• Stock shelves according to current schematics and retailer specifications. 
• Assist with retail deliveries and urgent “hot-shot” order requests when required. 
• Adhere to route schedules for proper service coverage. 
• Follow all company, local, state, and federal regulations regarding product handling, invoicing, and signature collection. 
• Attend required company meetings and complete assigned training. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

 Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events. 
• Good organizational and time-management skills. 
• High School Diploma or GED preferred. 
• Ability to perform basic math calculations. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move cases of product (standard for beverage merchandising).
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Preferred: Experience in beverage distribution or similar merchandising roles. 

 Compensation

• Estimated pay range: $14.00, based on current market listings for merchandiser roles in Wichita Falls. 

 Employment Structure (Express Employment – Evaluation-to-Hire)

This position will begin through Express Employment Professionals with the potential for evaluation-to-hire based on performance, attendance, and client needs.
Express handles initial screening, onboarding, and employment until the evaluation period is complete.
