First Shift
The Manufacturing Production Associate supports daily production operations by assisting with material preparation, machine operation, assembly, and quality checks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows safety procedures, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand and power tools
Operate production and assembly equipment according to work instructions
Assemble components and finished products using appropriate tools and fixtures
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
Package, label, and stage completed products for inventory or shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing raw materials
Report equipment issues, material defects, or safety concerns to supervision
Support team members and assist with general production tasks as needed
Technical & Job Skills
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure and follow written or verbal instructions
Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and material handling
Ability to operate production or assembly equipment (training provided)
Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail
Physical & Work Skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Safety Skills
Commitment to workplace safety
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Awareness of hazards in a manufacturing environment
