Position Overview

The Detailer / Car Wash Associate is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to a high standard. This role focuses on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while ensuring all vehicles are cleaned safely and thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities
• Wash, dry, and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluids, tire shine application, and interior deodorizing.
• Use cleaning tools, pressure washers, vacuums, and detailing equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.

Requirements
• Experience in car washing, detailing, or general vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
