Our client in Lake County, OH is seeking an experienced Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient completion of residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects. This hands-on leadership role includes directing crews, performing skilled labor when needed, and maintaining high-quality craftsmanship across all job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple aspects of concrete projects while supporting their team. #2931ST

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the concrete construction industry (required)

• Strong time management and communication skills (required)

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications (required)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and supervise project sites from start to finish

• Schedule materials and coordinate with the Project Manager

• Assign duties to ensure efficient and timely job completion

• Ensure the crew has the appropriate tools and equipment for each task

• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship

• Use laser instruments to set and verify grade

• Assist hands-on with project tasks as needed

• Communicate consistently with the Project Manager on project progress

• Determine necessary tools and equipment for each job
