Job Summary

We are currently seeking Employment Specialist candidates for opportunities in Maryland Heights. What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in a fast-paced office environment handling multiple priorities throughout the day
• Greet and assist applicants, associates, and clients in person and over the phone
• Make outbound sales and business development cold calls to local companies
• Build rapport with prospective clients and promote Express staffing services
• Schedule interviews and coordinate applicant flow
• Assist with applicant onboarding, employment paperwork, and compliance documentation
• Recruit, interview, and match candidates to open job opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in internal database systems
• Support office leadership with administrative and sales-related tasks
