Express Employment is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist for a local company in the Quad Cities!

Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist:

• Greeting visitors, answering and directing calls
• Scheduling daily appointments
• Data entry, filing, and processing forms
• Managing office flow and performing administrative duties

Requirements of the Customer Engagement Specialist:

• Office support and customer service experience
• Motivated, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills including typing, Outlook, Excel and Word

Compensation & Schedule details for the Customer Engagement Specialist:

• Full-Time
• Working Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm
• $15.00-17.00/hour
