Printing Press Operator (Ryobi Press)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator to run and maintain a Ryobi printing press in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience producing high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Ryobi offset printing presses
• Review job tickets and ensure correct materials, inks, and plates are prepared
• Adjust press settings such as ink flow, registration, and tension to achieve optimal print quality
• Monitor production runs to identify color variations, ink density issues, or mechanical concerns
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor mechanical repairs on the press
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any discrepancies
• Ensure all printed materials meet quality and color-matching standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Ryobi offset printing press (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, print layouts, and color guides
• Familiarity with ink mixing and print quality control standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team environment
