Machine Operator Assistant

Located in Fort Atkinson, WI

Salary: $17/hr

NOW HIRING Machine Operators for a production facility in Fort Atkinson. This plant mostly handles stationery, cardboard, and other paper products. Candidates with manufacturing experience and loyalty in previous roles will be the best fit for this role. Training and learning opportunities on various machines may be provided!

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6am-2pm. Candidates MUST be able to work the overtime schedule when required; Monday-Friday 5am-3pm, Saturdays may be mandatory 5am-11am.

Pay: $17/hr to start (raises possible based on performance and skill)

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience
• Longevity in past roles (prefer 3-5 years)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively

Benefits once hired on with the company:

• Reviews with potential for raises at 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days
• Monthly production bonus up to $250/month once hired on (based on hitting metrics)
• Perfect attendance bonuses a few times a year
• Every 320 Overtime hours worked = 1 extra day off
