Seeking an HR Generalist with experience in the areas of generalist support, payroll, benefits, onboarding and recruitment. This position works in collaboration with the HR Manager. Hybrid work schedule (office in Aptos) and is highly focused on positive employee experience. 

 

The Job:

• Partnering with HR Manager and Dept Managers to understand workforce needs 
• Interview coordination
• Overseeing benefits processing for new hires
• Processing invoices from all benefit vendors
• Database updates
• Prepare and process biweekly payroll for multiple states
• 401(k) deduction submittals
• Oversee employee onboarding process
• Assist with employee engagement events

The Ideal Candidate: 

• BS in Human Services, Business or Related Field
• 2 years minimum HR experience
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills

This is a full time contract position anticipated to last 3 months, possibly longer, depending on company needs.
