Job Opening: Production Specialist

Location: New Richmond, WI Company: Partnered with Express Employment Professionals – River Falls

The Role: Join a premier, family-owned leader in the animal nutrition industry. As a Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in mixing, bagging, and distributing high-quality feed products. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and innovation.

Schedule: 

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm

2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm

Pay: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Mix, process, and bag animal feed products accurately and timely.

• Logistics: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment to load/unload trucks.

• Compliance: Follow SOPs and FDA/Dept. of Ag regulations to ensure food safety.

• Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and perform routine equipment care.

• Documentation: Use computers to track data and interpret production instructions.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing or factory setting.

• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

• Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled facility with light dust and noise.

• Skills: Strong communication, basic math proficiency, and computer literacy.
