Warehouse Worker Job Description

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and helps meet operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Load and unload trucks using manual labor or material‑handling equipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (as trained/certified)
• Stock, organize, and rotate inventory according to company procedures
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
