Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM - Monday - Friday

We are hiring a Counter Sales Representative (Customer Service / Inside Sales) to support daily customer service and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your Contribution & Impact

Customer Service Support:
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter.

Order Processing:
Create quotes, sales orders, invoices, and credits while ensuring accuracy.

Product Assistance:
Help customers find the correct products and recommend alternatives when needed.

Warehouse Coordination:
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are pulled correctly and completely.

Accuracy & Documentation:
Enter serial numbers correctly, ensure invoicing is completed, and follow company procedures.

Phone & Follow-Up:
Answer incoming calls and follow up on research requests, quotes, and customer orders.

Merchandising & Stocking:
Maintain organized counter displays and stock shelves while keeping areas clean and presentable.

Customer Issue Resolution:
Assist with customer complaints and help resolve concerns professionally.

Continuous Learning:
Research products and improve product knowledge to better support customers.
