Sales / Estimator Representative

Location: Cleveland, Ohio – East Side

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales / Estimator Representative to support company growth by building strong distributor relationships and preparing accurate, margin‐focused quotes for standard, modified, and custom steel‐fabricated products. This role blends relationship‐driven sales with technical estimating, making it essential to both customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with distribution partners

• Drive product growth within existing customer accounts

• Review RFQs and collaborate with Engineering to prepare accurate, cost‐based quotes

• Ensure pricing aligns with company margin objectives

• Maintain a disciplined and organized CRM system

• Provide a smooth handoff to order processing and production teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in metal manufacturing

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong margin awareness and disciplined pricing approach

• EOS experience is highly valued
