We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join a busy office environment in Eagan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple communication channels, and supporting daily office operations. Industry experience is not required—training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls 
• Respond to customer inquiries via a shared email inbox
• Enter customer orders into internal software systems
• Scan, file, and organize important documents
• Prepare and process paperwork to support daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to manage a high volume of email communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• No industry-specific experience required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
