Share Point Site Project

Salary: $25.00

Company is updating a training program that contains about 68,000 training videos.  Individual must have strong computer skills and be a problem solver. 

Schedule: 7:00am- 8:00am start time - 4:00pm

Job Summary

Will be assisting in replace the company Share Point Site. this project will run 4-5 months.  Building data sheets of contents in site departments. They will be enrolled in a online training course that will provide them with general knowledge of Microsoft Share Point. Once documents have been migrated from current site to the new site.  Individual must be very approachable as they will be approached to anwser questions regarding the program.  

• Documents have to be migrated from current site to the new site
• Responsible for fixing 5000 hyperlinked documents and images to a shared drive that will be used for training
• Scanning documents

 

SOFTWARE Experience:

• Microsoft Excel is a must
• Sharepoint experience a plus
• Microsoft 365 a must
