Salary: $19/hr.

Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring for an Outside/Inside sales representative in the Chula Vista area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Visit apartment communities and property management offices to introduce services.
• Measure units for flooring and carpet installation projects.
• Prepare and send professional proposals to clients.
• Maintain organized customer and property files.
• Follow up with clients via phone and email regarding proposals and services.
• Schedule appointments to become approved vendors with property management companies.
• Coordinate and schedule in-house appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Assist with general sales support tasks as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications: 

• Prior sales experience preferred — training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Must be Billingual (English & Spanish) 
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
