Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Location: Shreveport Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: Full Benefits Package
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our title office team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling phone inquiries, and possess solid administrative and organizational abilities.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information to clients regarding title services and general inquiries
Greet clients and visitors and assist as needed
Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word
Maintain spreadsheets and track information using Microsoft Excel
Prepare, organize, and file paperwork with the State and other agencies
Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Support office staff with general administrative duties
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
