Location: Shreveport Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-Time) Shift: 12-hour shifts (Overtime may apply)
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our oilfield shop team in Shreveport. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a shop environment.
Assist shop technicians with daily oilfield equipment operations
Use and handle torque wrenches (experience preferred; training provided)
Operate pressure washing equipment to clean tools and oilfield components
Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 70+ lbs on a regular basis
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work long shifts (6a–6p) in a shop environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
