What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new business relationships in the Lubbock market
• Sell billboard and digital billboard advertising solutions
• Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations
• Create customized advertising proposals for clients
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of advertising or media sales is a plus
