Pay: $24/hr 
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30minute lunch break) 
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire 

About the Role: 
Our client in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking reliable, experienced, and safety conscious Warehouse Operator Lead to join their growing team at a global distribution center. This position focuses on pick/pack operations and supports both inbound and outbound logistics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in training, guiding, and supporting warehouse associates during daily operations. 

• Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks 

• Maintain strict adherence to productivity targets and operational procedures 

• Ensure quality standards and workplace conduct policies are met 

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred) 

• Use computer systems for inventory and shipping 

Qualifications: 

• At least 2–3 years of previous warehouse experience required 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

• Basic computer skills and ERP system navigation 

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck, picker machine, forklift preferred) 

• UPS/FedEx experience is a plus 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
