HVAC Technician – (Full-Time)

A local apartment complex is currently seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, diagnostics, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install and replace air conditioning (AC) units
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Understand and apply knowledge of electrical systems
• Perform diagnostics on the refrigeration cycle
• Assess and optimize airflow in units

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of electricity and HVAC troubleshooting
• Knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and airflow measurement
• Certification in Heating and Air Conditioning (preferred)
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
