Job Description – Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on team member to join our electrical supply company. This position is ideal for someone who can wear many hats and enjoys a mix of inside sales, warehousing, and general support tasks. Construction or sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inside sales support to customers, including product knowledge and order assistance
• Assist with warehouse operations such as shipping/receiving, stocking, and order picking
• Support daily branch operations and jump in where needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, electrical supply, or sales is a plus
• Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $20/hr
• 401(k) with up to 4% company match after one year
• PTO available after one year
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (required by insurance)
