Express is now hiring a Regrind Machine Operator at a local company based in Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity for a long-term position.

Schedule: 6:50 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.75/hr

Job Duties:

1. Operate the regrind machine safely and efficiently.

2. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.

3. Inspect raw materials and finished product for quality and consistency.

4. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

5. Record production data and maintain accurate logs.

6. Follow all safety procedures and company policies on the production floor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of production, assembly, or production machinery operating experience

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to pass a drug screen
