Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview: 

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading international wood products company to help fill their Small Package Handler role. This position involves picking, packing, and shipping wood stain and accessory products, managing inventory, preparing samples, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Responsibilities: 

• Pick, pack, and ship daily orders using order management and shipping systems.
• Monitor inventory, restock products, and complete weekly counts; report discrepancies.
• Prepare and label lumber and stain samples; follow shipping protocols.
• Update order management systems in real time and submit proper documentation for shipped orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the small package area, including shipping supplies.
• Follow safety protocols for flammable materials, including proper handling and disposal of stain-soaked rags.
• Communicate with managers about inventory, damaged materials, or operational issues.

Requirements: 

• 1+ years warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with shipping software preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
