What You’ll Do:

 

* Polish, buff, grind, sand, and finish metal parts to customer and production specifications

* Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to ensure quality finishes

* Operate hand tools, air tools, grinders, sanding equipment, and polishing machines

* Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and defects

* Read and follow work orders, finishing instructions, and basic blueprints

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

* Help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

* Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, grinding, fabrication, or manufacturing preferred

* Comfortable using power tools, polishing wheels, grinders, and sanding equipment

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

* Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
