Full Time M-F 8am-5pm

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company in Missoula, MT and is looking for a reliable Parts Specialist! We’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused to assist with managing inventory, organizing parts, processing orders, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Communicating with Vendors and Customers

· Processing part orders

· Receive, stock, and organize parts and materials

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and track parts in the system

· Computer tasks; emailing, taking phone calls, and interacting with customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year in parts department

· Strong work ethics and willingness to learn

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs

· Reliable transportation and punctuality

· Comfortable working in an industrial environment

· Warehouse experience is a plus!
