A busy, well-known restaurant located inside a popular market in the Kahala area is hiring Utility Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks to support kitchen operations across all shifts. Your Contribution & Impact

Utility Cook:
Support kitchen operations through cleaning, dishwashing, and assisting with basic prep tasks.

Prep Cook:
Prepare ingredients for daily service by chopping, portioning, and following recipes and prep lists.

Line Cook:
Work on the line during service to prepare menu items quickly, accurately, and to quality standards.

Kitchen Support:
Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Attributes for Success

• 1–3 years of food service or kitchen experience preferred

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Team-oriented and respectful in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working on your feet for long shifts

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Committed to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Some positions may require personal kitchen tools

• TB Clearance
