Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated individuals for Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate position in the Ithaca Area. This role combines customer-facing sales with hands on warehouse duties - perfect for candidates who enjoy a mix of service and physical work. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Assist clients with selecting products (e.g., plumbing, electrical)
• Complete sales transactions and operate POS systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• coordinate with team member to support daily operations 

Warehouse Operations

• Load, unload and move materials safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications 

• 2+ years in sales, customer service or warehouse roles preferred
• Knowledge of building materials, tools or hardware is a plus
• Physically able to lift and move heavy items up to 30 pounds
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC would be a plus but not required 
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
