Customer Care Representative
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-time | Shift varies, includes possible schedule adjustments
Pay: $15.50/hour to start, increase to $17.50/hour within 3–6 months + $1.00/hour attendance bonus

Express Employment is seeking Customer Care Representatives to support omni-channel customer service for web-based government tools. This role is ideal for someone who values professional customer care and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You’ll assist users through voice and written communication, providing clear, empathetic, and solution-focused support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with web-based tools and online services

  • Provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries related to government transactions

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats

  • Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently

  • Follow compliance, quality, and data security standards

  • Participate in required training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate information (very important)

  • Proper grammar, vocabulary, and professional communication required

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

  • Must pass background check (government account requires a clean record)

  • Must pass drug screening
