Position Title – Customer Care Representative (Omni-Channel Support)

We are seeking professional and articulate Customer Care Representatives to support omni-channel customer service operations for web-based tools supporting government services. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering clear, accurate, and professional support while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident interacting with customers through both voice and written channels.

Work Conditions: Office / Call Center Environment
Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $15.50/hr + $1.00 attendance bonus

  • 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr + $1.00 attendance bonus
    Work Hours:

  • 7:00am – 3:30pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm

  • Schedule includes 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day


Position Summary:
The Customer Care Representative serves as a front-line support professional assisting users with web-based tools and government-related transactions. This role requires clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining compliance and quality standards.


Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with website tools and online services.

  • Provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries.

  • Communicate professionally through phone, chat, and written channels.

  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

  • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards.

  • Document customer interactions accurately.

  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.

  • Support operational needs, including occasional schedule adjustments.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills (required).

  • Ability to clearly articulate information professionally.

  • Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication ability.

  • Strong computer navigation skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

  • Must pass background check (government account requirement).

  • Must pass drug screen.
