Position Title – Customer Care Representative (Omni-Channel Support)
We are seeking professional and articulate Customer Care Representatives to support omni-channel customer service operations for web-based tools supporting government services. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering clear, accurate, and professional support while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be confident interacting with customers through both voice and written channels.

Pay:

1st Shift: $15.50/hr + $1.00 attendance bonus

2nd Shift: $16.50/hr + $1.00 attendance bonus
Work Hours:

7:00am – 3:30pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Schedule includes 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
Position Summary:
The Customer Care Representative serves as a front-line support professional assisting users with web-based tools and government-related transactions. This role requires clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with website tools and online services.

Provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries.

Communicate professionally through phone, chat, and written channels.

Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.

Support operational needs, including occasional schedule adjustments.
