Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Fridays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay Range: $13–$15 per hour, depending on experience

This position is best suited for candidates with experience in auto auction operations .

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support and manage our sales team at a dealers-only auto auction. This role is critical in ensuring sales representatives remain on schedule, meet quotas, and maintain strong relationships with dealers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent coordination and follow-up skills, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage sales representative visits, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Track sales activity and ensure individual and team quotas are met
  • Generate sales reports and provide updates to the Assistant General Manager
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external sales meetings
  • Coordinate out-of-town sales trips, including itineraries, lodging, and meeting schedules
  • Generate new sales leads and manage follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, appointments, and outcomes
  • Serve as a central point of communication between sales representatives, management, and dealers
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • Automotive, auction, or dealer-related experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
