Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and motivated MIG/TIG Welder to join a growing team at a locally owned and operated manufacturer. This is a great opportunity for a dependable welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants a stable, first-shift schedule.

 

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience, with potential for raises)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a MIG/TIG welding test on site
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure using a ruler
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each day

Job Responsibilities:

• Weld thin-walled materials with precision and consistency
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and defect-free results
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
