Job Summary:Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a reputable oil and gas company in Midland, TX. This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in accounts payable and oil and gas accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
Perform revenue calculations
Handle Joint Interest Billing (JIB) invoice processing
Review, verify, and code invoices
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support accounting operations as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
Oil and gas industry experience preferred
Experience with Integra or J-Energy software
Experience with Joint Interest Billing (JIB) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
