Position Summary

The Yard Worker is responsible for maintaining the equipment yard, ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for customer rental. This role supports daily operations by assisting with equipment handling, loading and unloading, and general yard maintenance while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay $17.00
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Located in Naples, FL

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain rental equipment in the yard for easy access and inventory control
• Clean, inspect, and prepare equipment for customer use
• Load and unload equipment onto customer and company vehicles safely
• Assist customers with equipment pickup and returns
• Check equipment for damage and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard, shop, and surrounding areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist technicians and other team members as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, yard, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and safety-focused

Work Environment

• Outdoor equipment yard and warehouse setting
• Physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and walking
• Exposure to construction and industrial equipment
