Job Summary

We are currently seeking Technical Operations Coordinator candidates for opportunities in St. Louis, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who have at least one year of CAD experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Create dimensioned layouts and shop drawings using AutoCAD for quoting and production
• Review and interpret customer prints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Enter and manage sales orders within ERP systems
• Coordinate production scheduling and prioritize jobs with manufacturing teams
• Prepare shipping estimates and schedule freight shipments with carriers
• Send RFQs to suppliers and issue purchase orders for materials and services
• Analyze supplier pricing and support cost comparison efforts
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with material forecasting
• Develop and maintain Excel-based costing models and operational reports
• Communicate order status updates and tracking information to customers
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CAD experience required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including building reports and costing models
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• ERP system experience (E2 JobBoss preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
