Salary: $18-$20.00 per hour

Immediate need for an experienced Operations Specialist.

 

We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience:

 

MS Office proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excerl

Experience with CRM, and ERP platforms

Expereince working in a chemical-lab industry highly desired

1-3 years of admin, operations and or customer service role required

Sales Order processing

Data Entry for incoming and outgoing products

Order status and tracking product experience

 

Coordinate shipment pickups with logisitcs, customer and freight forwarders

Print and prepare product documentation including product labels,GHS labels, COA's, SDSs sheets and related materials.

Exceptional customer service

 

This position is ideal for candiates that have logistics, shipping/receiving industry experience and who are seeking a full time 40 hour wrok week position

Must pass background check and drug screen
