Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Inspector
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Job Overview:
Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet all quality standards and specifications. This is a hands-on position that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections of products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects, damages, and irregularities.
- Conduct visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Report any non-conformance or quality issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the requirement to wear steel-toed boots while on the production floor.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Steel-toed boots are required for safety.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to [X] pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
