Express is now hiring a Construction Plumber for a contract company based in Olympia, WA. This is an Evaluation-to-Hire position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMCompensation: $35/hr + DOE
We are seeking a skilled Construction Plumber with experience in new builds and trim work. The ideal candidate will come fully equipped with their own tools and be ready to work independently on residential and commercial construction projects.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment in new construction projects.
Perform trim work and finish plumbing installations to a high standard.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions during construction.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Communicate effectively with contractors, supervisors, and other trades.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines.
Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques.
Provide support for emergency or time-sensitive construction needs when required.
Proven experience as a construction plumber, specifically with new builds and trim work.
Must have own tools and be ready to work on-site immediately.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time on-site.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with contractors and team members.
Knowledge of additional plumbing systems (water filtration, gas lines, sprinkler systems) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
