Express Employment Casper, WY is looking for a Water Control CDL Driver for one of our valued clients.

Job Summary:

This person is responsible for operating a commercial water truck to support dust suppression, soil compaction, and water distribution on construction sites. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety‑focused, reliable, and capable of working in fast‑paced outdoor environments. The position combines professional driving with hands‑on site support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a water truck safely to transport and distribute water across various job sites.
• Perform dust control by spraying water on roads, excavation areas, and work zones.
• Support soil compaction by applying water as directed by site supervisors.
• Fill, drain, and monitor water tank levels using pumps, hoses, and proper equipment.
• Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow all DOT regulations, job‑site safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed, such as hose setup, traffic control, or site cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, operators, and crew members to coordinate water needs.
• Maintain a clean truck and keep equipment in good working condition.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on company requirements).
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience operating a water truck or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to climb, lift, carry hoses, and perform labor tasks.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety.
• Ability to take direction and work independently or within a team.
