Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a skilled Drywall Installer & Finisher for a construction company in Marysville. This full‑time opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision workmanship, enjoys hands‑on installation and finishing, and can also support light trim and finish carpentry tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install drywall, wallboard, sheetrock, and related materials in homes and commercial buildings
• Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels to exact dimensions
• Secure panels to walls and ceilings using proper fasteners, techniques, and tools
• Apply tape, mud, compound, and texture to seams, joints, corners, and angles
• Perform multi‑coat mudding, sanding, and finishing to achieve paint‑ready surfaces
• Patch and repair damaged drywall, including holes, dents, and irregularities
• Prep work areas by protecting surfaces and ensuring proper layout before installation
• Assist with interior trim installation, including:
  • Baseboards
  • Window trim
  • Door casings
  • Light finish carpentry tasks
• Support general finishing work such as caulking, minor sanding, and prepping surfaces for paint or final install
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized job site
• Operate hand and power tools correctly and perform routine tool maintenance
• Collaborate with crew members to complete work efficiently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in drywall installation, mudding, taping, and finishing
• Ability to perform smooth and textured finishes
• Familiarity with trim installation and basic finish carpentry
• Competency with hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
